How an event shoot runs
Brief & recce
We talk through the running order, the moments that matter, and who needs to be on camera. Where possible we visit the venue beforehand to plan light, sound and camera positions.
Shoot day
We work quietly around your event — no staged setups, no interrupting your guests. Interviews are captured in a calm corner between key moments.
Edit & delivery
A first cut lands within seven days, with social cutdowns delivered alongside so the event is still fresh when you post.

How much does event video production cost?
Most South Coast events land between a half-day and a full day of coverage. Every event is quoted individually based on the running time, crew size and how many cutdowns you need — get in touch and we'll send a fixed price.
Which areas do you cover?
We're based in Portsmouth and film across Hampshire, Sussex and the wider South Coast as standard. We travel anywhere in the UK and internationally for the right project.
How quickly do we get the video back?
The first cut of your highlight film is with you within seven days of the shoot. If you need a same-week social clip for momentum, we can turn one around within 48 hours.
Can you film a multi-day or multi-location event?
Yes. Multi-day conferences and events spread across venues are handled with additional shoot days and, where needed, a second operator so nothing is missed.
